• Shipped three titles, with a solid understanding of the game development lifecycle, from pre-production to launch.

• Managed dedicated development strike teams, taking ownership of the implementation and final polish for critical game elements, including player collisions, world interactions, and living world elements.

• Partnered with engineering to develop a pipeline for rapid script implementation in the engine, focusing on reducing redundant tasks and enhancing productivity for quick iterations based on playtest feedback.

• Championed the design and implementation of core gameplay development, successfully seeing features through from concept, polish, and final release.

• Contributed design insights and technical feedback during multi-disciplinary stand-ups and sprint planning sessions, consistently driving clarity in daily and weekly meetings.

• Collaborated effectively with teams across global time zones, leveraging proficiency in Jira and Confluence to ensure consistent workflow and documentation.

Quaff Kings. A Beer Sport Documentary - 2017 – Filmed, edited, and produced a feature documentary about a team of unusual athletes as they trained, competed, and won a world title.
